1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PromptForge Chrome browser extension (“Service”).

By installing or using PromptForge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and stop using it.

2. Description of Service

PromptForge is a Chrome extension that enhances ChatGPT prompts using AI.

The Service includes:

• One-click AI prompt enhancement
• User authentication via Supabase
• Prompt optimization categories
• Usage tracking and limits
• Local prompt history

We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future.

3. Accounts & Registration

To use PromptForge you may need to create an account.

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Do not create multiple accounts to bypass limits
• You must be at least 13 years old

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You must NOT use PromptForge to:

• Generate illegal or harmful content
• Abuse or bypass usage systems
• Reverse engineer the extension
• Attack backend infrastructure
• Resell the service without permission

Violation may result in account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to PromptForge — including code, branding, UI, and technology — belong to Gajanand Kumawat.

• You retain ownership of your prompts
• The extension software is proprietary
• PromptForge branding may not be reused without permission

6. Third-Party Services

PromptForge uses third-party services including:

• Google Gemini API — Terms
• Supabase — Terms
• Resend — Terms
• Vercel — Terms

We are not responsible for third-party services or policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PromptForge is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• Specific AI output quality
• Compatibility with all future ChatGPT updates

AI-generated results may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• AI-generated outputs
• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Unauthorized account access
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months.

9. AI-Generated Content

PromptForge uses AI systems to rewrite prompts algorithmically.

• Enhanced prompts may not always be ideal
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs
• We do not guarantee improved results in every case

10. Termination

You may stop using PromptForge at any time by uninstalling the extension.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or violations.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of PromptForge after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
